Pilates

Clinic and Fitness

Pilates is a method of movement created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, originally known as Contrology. It can be practiced on the mat or with specialised equipment, always emphasizing control, precision, and the deep connection between body and mind.
More than just exercise, Pilates is a way to improve posture, release tension, build core strength, and restore balance.
It supports recovery from injuries and health conditions, while also helping healthy individuals move with greater ease, energy, and confidence in everyday life.

As a physiotherapist and a passionate Pilates instructor, I’m here to help you feel stronger, move more freely, and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have experience, my personalised sessions adapt to your goals and learning style, giving you the support you need at your own pace.

To make each class more effective, I also incorporate Fascia Training and Myofascial Trigger Point Release (Manual Therapy) when needed – especially during Clinical Pilates or core stability training – so your body gets exactly what it needs in each session.

If you’re looking to prevent injuries, recover with confidence, or simply move through life with more strength and ease, Pilates can be the path for you.

I would love to guide you on that journey – online or in person in the comfort of your home.
